Biologically useful effect of melt water is described in numerous popular science and medical editions.
From the academic data it is reliably known that melt water is in the active
metastable state with uneven concentration of hydrogen (H) and hydroxyl (OH) ions. This state explains its biological activity. The process of equilibrium (usual) water formation during ice melting proceeds through the intermediate metastable state – melt water which can be called "active". Transition of melt water to the equilibrium state takes from 17 to 20 hours.
For example, рН value is one of the most important physicochemical drinking water parameters which determine the existence of life on Earth.
Unfortunately, at the present time concerning recrystallized water there is no information on such basic physical and chemical parameters as oxygen concentration, viscosity factor, solubility, etc.
Discussions, statements and hypotheses on the melt water phenomenon still remain hypotheses due to lack of academic experimental data.
Researches ethics
High discussion activity is connected with the use of melt water to solve health problems.
We do not study, and we are not talking about different "tautologies" - structures, wave clusters and others. For example, the term "water magnetization" is unknown to science.
The purpose of our research (ordinary and scientifically explained) is to show that melt water differs from the initial water in many parameters; these differences are of constant and temporary nature.
